The Russian Centre for Science and Culture (Russian House) in Kuala Lumpur invites Malaysian citizens to apply for the Russian Government Scholarship 2026/2027. Applications are open from 15 September 2025 to 15 January 2026.

The scholarship covers full tuition for:

• Undergraduate

• Postgraduate

• Residency

• Secondary Vocational Education

• Short-term Vocational Courses

A Preparatory Russian Language Course is provided for applicants who require language proficiency before commencing the main programme. Applications for the preparatory and main programmes can be submitted via the website athttps://education-in-russia.com/
