The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia invites Malaysian citizens to apply for the Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) – Short-term Study Programme for the 2026/2027 academic year.

This programme offers 6–12 month short-term/professional training, open to both students and working professionals. Applicants are required to:

• Obtain an admission offer from a Chinese university for the relevant short-term/professional programme before submitting the scholarship application;

• Register and upload all required documents via the CSC online application system at https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login; and

• Submit a printed copy (hardcopy) of the completed application to the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) no later than 25 January 2026 at the following address:
