The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a prestigious ten-month, non-degree program under the Fulbright exchange, funded by the U.S. Department of State. It is designed for mid-career professionals in leadership roles who have demonstrated a strong commitment to public service and the potential for professional advancement.

The program combines academic study at a U.S. university with professional development alongside American counterparts. Fellows join a global network focused on addressing pressing challenges in areas such as technology policy, human rights, sustainable development, and public health.

Applications are now open from 4 June until 16 July 2025.
