Applications are now open for the 2026 Spring Scholarship Program under the Global Digital Transformation Leadership (GDTL) initiative at Seoul National University (SNU). The program is open to qualified public sector professionals, including government officials, researchers from public institutions, university professors, experts affiliated with international organisations, and others serving in public roles. It supports studies at the Master’s and PhD levels only. Successful applicants will receive a comprehensive scholarship package, covering full tuition, a monthly stipend, one-way airfare reimbursement, resettlement allowance, medical insurance, and Korean language training.

The application deadline is 11 July 2025.
