The Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysia would like to invite qualified Malaysian citizens to apply for The Omani Program for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation for the 2026/2027 Academic Year.

 This fully funded scholarship is offered to those who want to pursue undergraduate studies at Private Higher Education Institutions in the Sultanate of Oman.

 Study Information

 Level of Study: Undergraduate (Bachelor’s Degree)

 Field of Study: Applicants may choose any major or minor programme offered by private higher education institutions in Oman.

 Note: The scholarship does not cover the following fields of study:

• Medicine
• Dentistry
• Pharmacy
• Medical Laboratory Science
• Education

 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be Malaysian citizens and not residing in the Sultanate of Oman.
• Be 23 years old or below at the time of application.
• Hold a General Education Diploma or an equivalent qualification completed in the 2025/2026 academic year only.
• Obtain a minimum overall academic score of 75%.
• Be physically and mentally fit.
