The Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University) under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is offering state-funded scholarships for Malaysian citizens for the 2026 academic intake.

The scholarship covers full tuition fees and includes accommodation in the university dormitory.

A total of three (3) placements are offered:

• One (1) – Preparatory Course in Russian Language
• One (1) – Bachelor’s Degree Programme
• One (1) – Master’s Degree Programme
