The Malaysian-American Commission on Educational Exchange (MACEE) has opened applications for the Fulbright U.S. Specialist Program for the 2026 academic year and invites Malaysian government agencies to apply to host a U.S. Specialist.

This programme provides Malaysian organisations the opportunity to engage a U.S.-based expert for a short-term, project-driven collaboration (typically 2–6 weeks). Specialists may contribute in areas such as institutional capacity building, policy development, technical expertise, training, curriculum enhancement, and strategic planning, depending on the host institution’s needs.

Application deadline: 30 April 2026.
